Client Belongings:
At our establishment, we provide client robes for all guests to ensure your clothing stays protected during services. Please note that while we take precautions, we cannot be held responsible for any damage personal belongings, including clothing, jewelry, shoes, purses, AirPods. etc. To minimize the risk of accidental color stains, we recommend changing into one of our robes. Guests wearing items like turtlenecks, collared shirts, or hoodies may be asked to change into a robe for extra protection.

1. Thank you for your interest in our services! Please note that prices are provided as a guideline only. Pricing can only be confirmed during your consultation with the hairstylist of your choice in the salon. We look forward to seeing you soon!
2. Please be aware that online bookings may be subject to cancellation. We kindly ask you to double-check all details during the booking process to ensure we reach you if necessary. Thank you for your understanding!
3.CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a fee of 25% of the total service cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be the full amount, which is 100% of the service cost. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule effectively.
4. At Salon 2917, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair service. Please note that we do not provide refunds; however, if you are unhappy with your result, we offer adjustments within a 72-hour period following your appointment. These adjustments will be handled exclusively by your original hairstylist to ensure the best possible outcome. Thank you for understanding!
